DescriptionThis is an embossed pale, light blue plate with the red serial "67-909" in the center of the plate. Debossed and unpainted border with embossed text and numbers. Below the serial, and written in red paint, is "NEW MEXICO." To the left of the serial is a red Zia symbol with the two digit year - "37," also in red paint. There are four bolt holes, one in each corner, and four additional horizontal bolt slits - 2 on the top of the plate and 2 on the bottom. year embossed in it - "37", also in red paint.
