DescriptionA two-piece raku ceramic box with an opaque glaze in its uncapped central void. The edges and sides are unglazed and slightly scorched. Three small, square-shaped projections (protuberances) adorn the left and right sides of the box, each of which is apended with a small ceramic fish attached to a thin wire. Raku is a type of Japanese pottery that is hand-shaped, porous, and has an opaque glaze.On View
