DescriptionThe Downtowner Motel at 717 Central Avenue in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The six-story hotel is white with a Native American motif on the front. It is an L-shape and there are exterior entrances to the rooms from breezeways. Orange rectangles are incorporated into the railings on the breezeways. The lower wall at street level is made of dark stone. A fountain and a small courtyard are in front of the building near the street.
