There is a main building in the center of the property that advertises cottages, frigidaire, weely & monthly rates. There are stone facades on the lower corners of the office building. There are cars parked in the covered parking area attached to the cottages and a drawing of a person on a bucking bronco on the front side of the cottage building. A smaller photograph is in the upper right of the postcard. It features a courtyard with a vine covered windmill and a small building.
