BiographyBorn in Youngstown, Ohio, Hogan received his Bachelor of Art and Master of Art degrees from the University of New Mexico. Working in a non-representational format, Hogan uses color, line, and ambiguous shapes to create compositions that simultaneously exude tension and balance. He has painted in New Mexico for more than twenty years and his work has been featured in exhibitions across the United States and Europe.
