Betty Bronson, born Elizabeth Ada Bronson, was an American film and television actress who was most active during the silent film era. Her film career started when she was 16 with a bit part in Anna Ascends. She was personally chosen by J.M. Barrie to play the lead role in the film adaptation of Peter Pan that was released in 1924. She was successful in transitioning to sound films but took a break from film following the birth of her first child. She acted in a handful of movies and appeared in a few episodes of television shows in the 1960s.
