Sotela Garcia Jaramillo

Sotela became blind around the age of 25 and sold gum and piñon on Central Avenue as a way of meeting people and socializing during the 1960s and 1970s. She was a popular vendor in the downtown area. She was married with four children. She is buried in San Jose de Armijo Cemetery in Albuquerque.
