Description"Rusty Owens", First Prize Stallion One Year and Under Two Class at the National Quarter Horse Show at the State Fairgrounds. He is owned by N. M. Tohill of Santa Fe, New Mexico. Tohill holds the harness of "Rusty Owens" in a yard outside of a white adobe building. The horse is black with white on the lower parts of each foot. The horse's mane and tail are black.
