Description"Wichatta" and "Atta Baby" stand with handlers. The two horses are owned by Clinton Presba Anderson, United States Secretary of Agriculture from 1945-1948. One of the two men standing with the horses is Tom O'Neill. They are standing in front of the horse stalls at the Fairgrounds. "Autry Photograph" is stamped on the back of the print.
