DescriptionThe Rio Rythm Riders Float drives down West Central Avenue in the State Fair Parade. A large flatbed carries lots of young people in the back and a four piece band called Texas Slim plays music on the float. They are passing Franklins Department store as crowds of spectators watch from either side of the street.
