DescriptionGuests sit in the lobby of the Hotel El Rancho in Gallup, New Mexico. Several men and women sit in arm chairs, one woman is petting a dog at her feet. There is a fireplace in an alcove in the back of the lobby and several people are sitting and standing beside the fire. The hotel lobby has a brick floor, with a large carpet in the seating area. The staircase is carpeted and leads to the upper floor with a wooden railing along the walkways. The man sitting in the foreground is outlined in pen to give the look of a drawing.
