DescriptionWedding portrait of the Barreras Family. Two brides are seated in the center with two bridesmaids on either side of them and a flower girl standing between them. All four women are seated on an upholstered bench. The two brides wear white calf-length gowns and long veils, which are pooled on the ground at their feet. The two bridesmaides are wearing short-sleeved dresses with scallop-hem skirts and large hats.Behind them are standing six more bridesmaids wearing identical dresses and hats. All ten women and the flower girl are holding floral bouquets. Everyone is facing the camera. This portrait was commissioned by Mrs. F. G. Barreras.On View
