DescriptionInside Hangar #1, six men are working on a OX-5 engine (probably from an Eaglerock) and a Warner engine (porobaly from a Fleer), at the Albuquerque Airport in Albuquerque, New Mexico. From left to right: Fred Andrick, airport mechanic; unidentified man; Wal Schammer, airport mechanic; Vern Pfeiffer, airport mechanic; and Barney Holmes, chief airport mechanic. In the center frame, there are two groups of three men, each huddled around and working on an engine. The men are dressed in work coveralls. Behind them is an interior wall of the hangar. There is a workbench along the wall.
Handwriting on the back of the photograph reads, "1930".
