DescriptionThis image depicts the remodeling inside the KiMo Theater at 419 Central Avenue in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The view is from near the center of the lower level of the auditorium looking toward the stage. The stage and auditorium wall are visible. There is no seating or carpet. Layers of plaster and paint are stripped from the wall. New flooring is partially installed on the stage. Decorative painting and carving are visible on beams and posts around the stage. No restoration work is visible on the decorative paintings and carvings on the post and beam.On View
