DescriptionThis image depicts Fletcher Brumit, hotel manager, and an unidentified male employee inside the meat locker in the kitchen area of the Hilton Hotel at Second Street and Copper Avenue in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Brumit is wearing a dark colored suit while the other man is wearing a light-colored jacket and dark colored pants. Both men are inspecting the carcass of a skinned deer. To the left of the door are several large shelves full of wrapped and unwrapped pieces of meat. The wrapped meat is wrapped in pieces of brown paper. A large cooler can be seen hanging from the ceiling directly behind the two men. A small thermometer can be seen to the left of the cooler.
