DescriptionThis image depicts seven unidentified men at the groundbreaking ceremony for the Park Plaza Apartments on Park Avenue in Albuquerque, New Mexico. A man in the center is wearing a dark colored suit, glasses, and is resting the head of a spade on the ground. Three men can be seen on either side of him.
