On the left is the Metropolitan Building, Butt's Drugstore at 101 West Central Avenue, Liberty Cafe at 105 West Central Avenue and First National Bank in the background. On the right is Sturges Hotel (formerly Hope's European Hotel) with the Sunshine Building in background. Neon signs and parked cars in the 1930's style line the street. A traffic light is spun across Central Avenue where First Street crosses.
