DescriptionWalter Hiers, a silent film actor, and his wife, Adah Lavinia McWilliams, stand outside at the Alvarado train station in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Behind them is the engine or locomotive train car with, "3736" written on the side. The conductor leans out of the window and looks out. To the side of the couple is an adolescent boy who wears a newsboy cap and suit jacket with a collar and sweater beneath. Walter wears a newsboy flat cap, suit and tie. Adah wears a full body length coat with fur trim at the collar and wrist cuffs.
