To the left in the frame is a group of buildings that include the airport hangar, warehouses and barracks. Another group of buildings to the right include more barracks, office buildings, mess halls and hospital units. In the background left in the frame is the Rio Grande. Also, in the background are the towers of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, tall buildings in the downtown area, and tall chimneys in the Sawmill District. Buildings at the University of New Mexico are visible, as are several small volcanoes on the west mesa.On View
