DescriptionA man sitting in the saddle of a light-colored horse poses for the camera in New Mexico. There is a rocky incline behind him. He has a beard and mustache, and wears a wide brimmed hat, vest, plaid button-down shirt, trousers, and leather boots. He holds the reigns of the horse in one hand. There is a lasso wound around the saddle and the man has a pistol in a holster attached to his waist. Emulsion deterioration is occurring on the glass plate causing distortion and emulsion loss.
