DescriptionA hammered tin, wall-mounted nicho (shadow box or shrine) primarily composed of repurposed food cans. In the center of the sculpture is an image of a woman with a halo, identifiable as Saint Cecilia of Rome, playing a piano as two cherubs fly above her. This image is bordered by lines of musical notation on the left and right side and an image of a town above. The exterior of the nicho features imagery and text from food packaging, images of roses, ribbon-like strips of tin, and numerous hearts on fire, known as Sacred Hearts.
