DescriptionThis metal four-way intersection is depicted in the shape of a crossing "X". Constructed to have toy trains cross in multiple consecutive directions, this intersection includes raised railings and small connectors at the end to attach this piece to a larger train track set. Contributing a more complex toy piece to a given train set, this intersection provided a new way to assemble sets, adding to the element of realism and likely symbolizing staples of design during the first half of the twentieth century. On View
