DescriptionSailors stand on the rounded black hull of the U.S.S. Albuquerque after it is moored in Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, Washington. They are working to install orange main ballast tank covers on the top of the hull. The sailors wear blue camouflage uniforms and two wear jackets. There are small boats and a barge in the background, as well as a building and cars parked beside it.
