DescriptionThis is a glass bottle for tuberculin, a purified protein derivative used for tuberculosis (TB) diagnosis and was formerly used to test the disease in veterinary services. The bottle is shaped like a wide cylinder with a flat bottom, it tapers towards to top to form the neck before widening slightly to form the opening. The glass is brown and there is a yellow label with black text wrapped around the bottle. The label gives information about the amount of medicine in the bottle, as well as its use, storage, type, and expiration. The lid for the bottle is a silver metal circle with a flat top and curved sides that is screwed onto the bottle. There is a red circle in the middle of the lid.
