DescriptionPeople standing on a cement wall that overlooks the newly constructed Caballo Dam in Sierra County, New Mexico. There are eight men on top of the cement retaining wall; two are seated, and the rest are standing. They are all wearing long-sleeved shirts and hats. They are all facing the camera. A wooden ladder rests against the concrete support of the wall. There are three large handwheels on top of the retaining wall to control the dam's water. The dam is full in the background. At the bottom of the cement spillway are large puddles and mud.On View
