DescriptionThis image depicts the remodeling of a staircase at the KiMo Theater on 419 Central Avenue in Albuquerque, New Mexico. A tile floor in the lobby and stairs from the lobby to the balcony are visible. The tile floor has a murky surface and appears to have a layer of partially removed, dry carpet adhesive over the tile. The steps are bare concrete with either metal rust stains or partially removed, rust colored tile in spots. In the top of the image is a worker in the shadows.
