DescriptionThis image depicts Fletcher Brumit, hotel manager, standing with an unidentified man, an unidentified boy, and a small cow near the Hilton Hotel at Second Street and Copper Avenue in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The three men are standing in a row along the cow's right side. The boy is nearest the cow’s head, Brumit is behind him, and the other man is standing behind him. All three people in the shot are looking directly at the camera. The cow is mostly dark in color with some patches of lighter colors on its head and chest. A lead can be seen around the cow's face. The other end of the lead is in the boy’s hand. In the background, a small tractor, a large pile of lumber, and barbed wire fencing is all visible.
