DescriptionThis image depicts an aerial view of the construction of Double Eagle II Airport on the west mesa of Albuquerque, New Mexico. A large paved area can be seen on the right side of the frame with a crane and various other construction vehicles on it. The metal frame of the main airport terminal has already been constructed. Numerous small dirt roads can be seen leading to the building or to one of the three paved runways. Two of these runways stretch parallel to what will be the main building. The third runway runs off the left side of the frame diagonally away from the building.
