DescriptionThis image depicts a single sand dune on the southwest mesa in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The dune is in the shade of a cloud that is partially covering the sun. The light of the sun can be seen coming around the cloud. This is illuminating the cloud's outline right above the crest of the dune. No plants or shrubbery can be seen growing from the sand dune. A small patch of rocks can be seen sticking out of the sand near the right side of the frame.
