DescriptionConstruction workers work to remove dirt and asphalt from Central Avenue Northwest near Eighth Street in downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico. The removal of the pavement has uncovered the metal streetcar or trolley tracks. Heavy equipment is being used to break up the pavement near the intersection.
