DescriptionThis wine press has storage and funneled wooden section at the top of the wine press with a metal base that connects to the second part of the press. Each of the four sides has a dark wood color and is shaped like a trapezoid. They are connected and angled downwards to a square opening at the bottom. There is a metal part attached to the bottom that fits over the gears of the second part. On one side, the manufacturer information for The Red Cross in Indiana is printed in black text and a circular logo design. The base is the churning gears and floor of a wine press. There are four cylindrical gears with indented lines close together in the center stacked in pairs. There are four gears, two on each side, attached to these and on one side is a metal wheel attached to the gear with a wooden handle. The lowest part is a wooden washboard with two layers of support connecting two handles that extend beyond the gears. There is a slot where the basket-shaped section above connects to this base.
