Description3rd Annual Fire School in Raton, New Mexico on June 13-15, 1932. A 3-story practice wooden fire tower structure is in center. One man is climbing up a rope. His head is upside down and his feet are almost to the 2nd floor window. The 2nd floor window has one man looking down watching. Above him is the third floor window with two men looking down. Their is left a building in the left bottom corner with trees in the background.
