DescriptionThis image depicts a U.S. Forest Ranger in Cibola National Forest on Capillo Peak. The Cibola National Forest is located in the Manzano Mountains in New Mexico. The Ranger is dressed in overalls, a cowboy hat, and boots while mounted on a dark brown colored horse in mid step headed towards the left side of the frame. The horse and rider are in a clearing with very few trees surrounding them and only weeds on the ground. Only six tall pine trees can be seen in the general vicinity of the Forest Ranger. Behind these trees, a hill dotted with various weeds, small trees, and bushes can be seen.
