Kress & Company Department Store (414 Central Avenue Southwest), and J C Penney Department Store (410 Central Avenue Southwest), Russell Stover Candies (408 Central Avenue Southwest), and Skaggs Drug Center (406 Central Avenue Southwest). Cars are parked diagonally in front of the businesses on the south side of the street and are parallel parked at the curb along the north side of the street.On View
