DescriptionThis is a card related to the passage of the Antiquities Act that has been framed in a black case with a black background. The card itself is cream colored with black text. The printed text reads "Next No." and "H.R." in all capitalized black letters. There is handwritten text on the card that reads "1050" next to "H.R." and "Antiquities Act" underneath. Both of these are written with pencil and are gray in color.
