A caption on the back of the photograph reads, "Vincent Kizinno, a dentist to who moved to Rio Rancho five years ago from New York, says he has no complaints about AMREP or his Rio Rancho home, shown in the background. A federal grand jury has charged the developer, AMREP Corporation, with a $200 million fraud scheme in connection with the sale of lots at Rio Rancho."
