Across the top in white paint are the words "The Land of Enchantment." Across the bottom in white paint are the words "New Mexico." There is a Zia symbol with the number "49" in its center. To the left of the Zia symbol is the serial number "10." To the right of the Zia symbol is the serial number "864."
