DescriptionA lithograph on cream paper with a horizontal composition around a central circle. The circle is composed of layers, with the innermost layer being a white circle. Around the white circle is a textured red band with text reading "WE HAVE MET THE ENEMY AND THE ENEMY IS." A teal band of similar width surrounds the red band. The penultimate layer is yellow and depicts several comic strip characters, including Popeye the Sailor Man and Mr. Natural. The characters are drawn in black and talk in speech bubbles about loosely connected topics. The final layer of the circle is a thin band of triangles, speckled with yellow, red, and teal. The background of the print is teal with a purple checkerboard pattern in the top half. Below the circle is a yellow band with a teal and red texture somewhat resembling wood grain and red text which reads "I RIP YOU OFF." Two teal, purple, yellow geometric forms with rounded tops are on either side of the yellow band. Text on the left form reads "DO NOT READ THIS," while the form on the right features a pattern of dots connected by lines. A shiny bowling ball with finger holes and what appears to be the reflection of a black and yellow checkerboard is located in the upper left corner. In the opposite corner, a yellow circle features a mirrored image of the comic book character Olive Oyl from Popeye with a speech bubble which reads "MADAM, I'M ADAM!"
