DescriptionLeslie Somerville, a music teacher, points to sheet music while speaking with two teenagers during a music lesson at Jefferson Junior High School in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Both teenagers are standing and holding on to cellos with their bows on the strings. They are looking at the sheet music. The rods on the bottom of the cellos are being held in place with a wooden ruler that each girl has one foot on to keep steady. Somerville is sitting on a wooden stool. Partial letters of the word "PROOF" are stamped in blue ink on the front of the photograph and a blue "x" is written in marker near the upper part of the frame.On View
