The poster artist is unknown, but the featured photo was taken by Karl Ferris. The Jimi Hendrix concert advertised on the poster was held June 19, 1970, in Albuquerque, at the Civic Auditorium located east of Downtown on Grand Avenue (now Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue), between St. Joseph Hospital and Interstate 25.
