DescriptionA section of knob and tube wiring with a rotary On/Off switch, attached to a piece of wood. This example of the early standardized method of electrical wiring in buildings was original to the house of 2901 Commercial St. NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico, built in 1928 by J.B. Harris, a boilermaker for the railroad.
