DescriptionA tri-fold color postcard announcing the arrival of The Hotel Combs at 115 West Central Avenue in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The front of the card shows a drawing of a gray and black goat eating a newspaper from a garbage can. The words "I'm just bursting with good news" is printed in yellow on the front. When you open the right side of the card, the goat explodes with a "Bang". When you open the left side of the card, the interior of the postcard reads, "Albuquerque has a new hotel! 'As clean and cozy as Mother could make it'. The Hotel Combs, David N. Combs, Prop. Buffet. Free Sample Rooms. Cafe. Barber Shop. European Plan. Billiard Parlor. On the sunny side of Central Avenue.
