DescriptionThis leather nip bottle was used as miniature whiskey flask and contains the words "A little nip to the Lip!" on the front. On the back there are two vertical notches above one another in the leather where the liquid in the bottle can be seen. Next to the top notch it says "Ladie's Drink" and next to the bottom notch, "Gent's Drink" denoting how much each should consume. Below the notches is an illustration of a pig's whole body in profile to the left.
