BiographyAnne Cooper was born in 1945 in Victoria, Texas. She worked as a production potter in Houston for 10 years before enrolling in the MFA program at the University of Houston. Cooper earned her degree in ceramics and sculpture in 1984 then moved to New Mexico where she continued to explore new techniques and skills including woodworking, metalsmithing, welding, paper making, and casting.
