DescriptionA rodeo group walks down Central Avenue in the State Fair Parade. There are spectators lining the street to watch the parade. Across the street, a ladder is resting against the side of the Elgin Motel and a few people have climbed to the rooftop to watch the parade. The photographer took the photo from atop the marquee of the KiMo Theatre.
