DescriptionDark blue and red design on printed yellow cardstock creates a distinct menu with the front cover that reads: "A La Carte Menu - Liberty Cafe - Fine Food, cocktails - 105 W. Central - Albuquerque, New Mexico - Established 1918." The Liberty Cafe was a staple along New Mexico's Route 66 and was known to make travelers and locals alike. There are other examples of the cafe's memorabilia throughout the museum's collection.On View
