DescriptionClyde Tingley stands with one foot on the running board of a car at the Albuquerque Airport in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In the center frame, there are a group of men with a convertible car, the top is down. There are a group of men sitting in the car dressed in military uniform. Two men dressed in suits are standing in front of the car. Behind the car, there is a parked twin engine aircraft is in the background and has the number 42 painted on the fuselage. Near the plane, there is a man dressed in pilot's wear.
Handwriting on the border of the photograph reads, "Clyde Tingley Mayor 1936".
Handwriting on the back of the photograph reads, "1929 Mayor Clyde Tingley along with officers of the 11th Bombardment Group who were on manuevers and serviced at the Albuquerque Airport, Inc. in 1929. There were 9 Keystone Martin Bombers along with a Pursuit Group and an Observation group with a total of 64 airplanes".
