DescriptionFinance Minister Jose Yves Limantour sits at the head of a table covered with a white cloth with three other men. Limantour was President Diaz's chief agent in the negotiations that led to the Treaty of Ciudad Juarez. Francisco Madero sits at the end of the table. This conference did end in an agreement, but troops revolted and attacked Juarez soon after.
