DescriptionThe German Shepherd, Rin Tin Tin (dark coat adult dog to the right), and his owner, Lee Duncan (left of Rin Tin Tin), staff and porters stand on the observation deck of a train car at the Alvarado train station in Albuquerque, New Mexico. A circular sign hangs from the observation deck’s railing reading, "California Santa Fe Limited." Lee Duncan wears a pin striped suit jacket and striped tie. He smiles and waves to onlookers. On either side of him are porters and assistants holding puppies and another adult German Shepherd with a light coat, Rin Tin Tin's mate Nanatte.
