DescriptionThe new three duplex apartments are located at the corner of Coal Avenue and Spruce Street, SE, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In the center of the frame, the unit on the corner of the intersection has two entry doors on the front with a decorative iron railing and window on each side. The side of the unit has four widnows and another enrty located between them. There are two garage doors in an attached garage on the far left end of the building. In the far left in the frame, there is another garge attached to another unit and a car parked in the street. In the middle ground, the corner is lined with trees in front of the apartments.
